Ingrediants
- 1 pound of chicken, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 1 jalapeno
- 1 cup of white or brown rice
- 1 avocoda, mashed into guacamole
- 1 package of large wraps
- sour and salsa as desired
- shredded cheese of your choice
Steps
- In a frying pan, brown onions and bell peppers.
- Add chicken once onions and peppers are finished cooking.
- Meanwhile, make rice following suggested instructions for rice.
- Once chicken and rice are done, lay a large wrap on a plate and begin layering ingredients and toppings as desired.
- Bake in a preheated oven for a short while to make the wrap crispy and delicious.
