Brisket
Description
In this recipe, we will find out how to make the perfect Baked Ziti. If you love pasta and cheese, this is the one for you!
Ingrediants
- 1 large brisket
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 pound of small potatoes
- 1/2 pound of baby carrots
- 1/2 pound of mushrooms
- Any other vegetables if you desire
- 6 cloves of garlic
- Grated Parmesan cheese, as desired
Steps
- In a large frying pan, brown the outside of the brisket.
- Once browned, add brisket to a large slow cooker or crockpot.
- Add all vegetables and garlic on top of the brisket.
- Fill the brisket with water and seasoning. You can also add beef or chicken stock as desired.
- Let cook for 6-10 hours or until meat is tender and falling apart.
