  1. In a large frying pan, brown the outside of the brisket.
  2. Once browned, add brisket to a large slow cooker or crockpot.
  3. Add all vegetables and garlic on top of the brisket.
  4. Fill the brisket with water and seasoning. You can also add beef or chicken stock as desired.
  5. Let cook for 6-10 hours or until meat is tender and falling apart.
